Description
High quality handmade spoon carving knife suitable for both beginners and professionals. The tool is made from high quality carbon steel 51CrV4. After the tempering process the steel reaches the hardness of 57HRC. The edges are sharpened and polished with leather, which is rubbed with abrasive paste. The tool is razor sharp and ready to use straight out of the box.

Great spoon knife, arrived sharp and made from sturdy steel, ready to use straight away. The only comment I would make is on the tapered handle: if you like to grip closer to the blade, the taper feels very small in the hand. If you are used to a Mora (like me) then it is quite an adjustment. Looking forward to using this more since receiving it. Thank you Gilleskaltai.lt
