High quality handmade spoon carving knife suitable for both beginners and professionals. The tool is made from high quality carbon steel 51CrV4. After the tempering process the steel reaches the hardness of  57HRC. The edges are sharpened and polished with leather, which is rubbed with abrasive paste. The tool is razor sharp and ready to use straight out of the box.
