When shopping in the store www.gilleskaltai.lt, every customer and the good quality product he bought is given a 14-day return guarantee from the day of receiving the product.
To return a good quality item:

2.2. Explain the reason and attach proof of purchase.
2.3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, undamaged and without losing its appearance.
Each product is covered by a supplier's warranty against manufacturing defects and other defects not related to normal use of the product and environmental effects.
To return a product of incorrect quality, follow the steps listed in points 2.
The store undertakes to provide the user with a reasoned written answer no later than within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the user's request.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
