Description
3 piece high quality handmade spoon knife set suitable for both beginners and professionals. The set is intended for spoon, bowl and plate carving . The tools are made from high quality carbon steel 51CrV4. After the tempering process the steel reaches the hardness of 57 HRC. The blade is sharpened and polished with leather, which is rubbed with abrasive paste. The tools are razor sharp and ready to use straight out of the box.

I recently purchased the 3-tool spoon carving set - large hook blade, small hook blade, and 25mm spoon gouge. All 3 are well made, exquisitely sharpened, and with simple and perfectly functional handles. I immediately sat down and knocked out two spoons from blanks I had sitting on my work bench. The best spoon bowl surface finish I've ever managed - all with the large diameter hook knife. Can't wait to try out the little one on a coffee scoop. And all this quality at an amazingly affordable price! I highly recommend.
Just received this set of three and I am bowled over. I have used spoon knives from several different makers, manes shall not be mentioned, but this set beats it all for the money (and more).
